Having competed in tennis since a very young age I have always identified my life with fitness and chasing improvement. In recent years I have become increasingly passionate about powerlifting and strength training, designing programmes to gain the best results for strength and muscle.

Ultimately this led to me gaining my personal training qualifications to help introduce others to the unlimited benefits leading a healthy life can offer.
I believe everyone has the potential to improve and lead a better, healthier lifestyle. My primary goal is to help as many people as possible, regardless of their background, achieve their goals and succeed in and out of the gym.

I am a fully qualified REPS approved Personal Trainer and Nutritional Adviser based in Edinburgh, Scotland. From a young age sport has been my main passion in life and I have competed at a high level of varied sports from tennis, badminton, football and martial arts.

More recently I have turned my passion of fitness to the gym and running 5k and 10k races. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and helping them to get to their desired figure ,whether that is weight loss, muscle gain or toning up.
